Here at Shortwood House, we provide residential and dementia care for older people in the heart of Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. We are proud to have received a "Good" rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the genuine effort our whole team puts into making this a place where people feel safe, comfortable and truly at home. Day to day life here is meant to feel ordinary in the best possible sense. We want residents to enjoy their meals, take part in activities that genuinely interest them and have the space to spend their time as they choose. Families are always welcome, and we encourage them to stay involved in the life of their loved one. We are based in Nottingham and are part of the local community, which we think matters.
