At Cramlington House, we provide residential care for older people in the heart of Cramlington, Northumberland. We are proud to have received a "Good" rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the genuine commitment our team brings to the people who live with us every day. We specialise in older person care, residential care, dementia care and respite care. Whether someone is moving in with us permanently or staying for a shorter period to recover or to give a family carer some time to rest, we aim to make the experience as comfortable and as personal as possible. For those living with dementia, we understand how important familiarity, routine and calm surroundings can be. Our team works thoughtfully to create an environment where residents feel safe and understood, not just looked after in a clinical sense but genuinely known and valued as individuals. Respite care is something we approach with just as much care as our permanent residential placements. We know it can feel daunting to step away even briefly, and we want families to feel confident that their loved one is in good hands while they take a much needed break. We are rooted in the local community here in Cramlington and many of our team members live nearby, which means there is a real sense of neighbourliness about how we operate.
