About Harwood Court Care Home
Here at Harwood Court Care Home, we are proud to be a trusted part of the Cramlington community in Northumberland, offering a warm and homely environment where older people can feel genuinely comfortable and well looked after. We specialise in Older Person Care, Residential Care and Respite Care, which means we support a wide range of people at different stages and circumstances in their lives. Whether someone is moving in with us permanently or joining us for a shorter respite stay, we take the time to get to know each person properly so that the care we provide genuinely reflects who they are, what they enjoy and what matters most to them. Day to day life here is built around the people who live with us. We want residents to feel at home, not just settled in, and that means keeping routines that suit them, encouraging independence where possible and making sure there are always opportunities to socialise, take part in activities or simply enjoy a quiet moment with a cup of tea. Our team care deeply about the people they support, and that comes through in the small things as much as the bigger ones. We are pleased that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission awarded us an overall rating of Good, which we feel reflects the effort our team put in every single day. We know that choosing a care home is a significant decision, both for the person moving in and for their family. We welcome anyone who would like to come and visit us, have a look around and ask questions. There is no pressure, and we would rather you took the time you need to feel confident that Harwood Court is the right place for your loved one.
