About Hallaton Manor
Hallaton Manor is a residential care home near Market Harborough, caring for people from across Leicestershire and the surrounding villages. We support older people and younger adults, including residents living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities, autistic adults, people managing mental ill health, those with physical disabilities and people in recovery from alcohol or drug misuse. Respite stays are available alongside permanent places. Supporting a genuinely mixed household takes more thought than supporting a narrow one, and we believe it makes for a better home. Residents are here because of what they need, not because they fit a category. What everyone gets is the same foundation: a room that is properly theirs, food worth sitting down for, help given without fuss and staff who take the trouble to know them. For residents in recovery or managing mental ill health, structure and continuity do much of the work. A settled routine, reliable meals and staff who can tell an ordinary bad day from a real deterioration matter more than any programme. Progress is rarely a straight line and we do not treat a setback as a failure. For those living with dementia, we work from life history rather than from the diagnosis. The Care Quality Commission rated us good at our most recent inspection. You are welcome to visit on an ordinary day, meet residents and ask us whatever you need to.
