About Wilton Lodge - Care Home
Here at Wilton Lodge Care Home, we provide residential and dementia care for older people in the heart of Hull. We are proud to have been rated Good by the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the genuine effort and thoughtfulness our team brings to their work each and every day. We understand that moving into a care home is a significant step, both for the person coming to live with us and for their family. That is why we take time to get to know each resident properly, their history, their preferences, the little things that matter to them. Care that feels personal does not happen by accident; it comes from listening carefully and then acting on what we hear. Our home specialises in older person care, residential care and dementia care. For those living with dementia, we know how important it is to provide an environment that feels calm, familiar and safe, while still encouraging as much independence and enjoyment as possible. We work closely with families to make sure they feel informed, included and reassured throughout their loved one's time with us. Life at Wilton Lodge is about more than meeting day to day needs. We want residents to feel genuinely at home, to enjoy good food, comfortable surroundings and the company of people who know them well. Our team builds real relationships with the people they support, and that continuity matters enormously to residents and families alike. We are based in Hull and are very much part of this community. If you are considering care for yourself or someone close to you, we warmly encourage you to get in touch or come and visit us. Seeing a home in person tells you far more than any description can, and we would be delighted to welcome you.
