About Seven Springs - Care Home Physical Disabilities
We at Seven Springs welcome you to our residential care home in Tunbridge Wells, a dedicated setting where adults living with physical disabilities and complex needs find a genuine sense of home. Nestled within the leafy surroundings of Kent, our home offers a warm and supportive environment tailored to each individual we care for. Set in the town of Tunbridge Wells within the wider TN postcode area, our home benefits from the peaceful character of the South East, whilst remaining well connected to the local community. The setting has been thoughtfully arranged to support residents with mobility needs, offering accessible communal spaces where people can spend time together, alongside quieter areas for rest, reflection, and family visits. Our specialisms reflect the breadth of people we support. We provide residential care for older people and for younger adults, and we welcome individuals living with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, or autism. We also offer respite care, giving family carers the reassurance of a short stay option when they need a break, knowing their loved one is in capable and compassionate hands. In practice, this means our team takes time to understand each person as an individual, shaping daily routines around their preferences, abilities, and aspirations rather than the other way around. For families, it offers the peace of mind that comes from knowing their relative is treated with dignity, encouraged to maintain their independence, and supported in the things that matter most to them. The Care Quality Commission has rated our home Good overall, following its most recent inspection in May 2019. We were rated Good for being Safe, Caring, Responsive, and Well led, with a rating of Requires Improvement in the Effective domain. We take every element of our inspection findings seriously, using them as a foundation for ongoing learning and improvement, and remain committed to strengthening every aspect of the care and support we provide. Choosing a care home is one of the most important decisions a family can make, and we understand the weight of that choice. If you are exploring options for a loved one, we warmly invite you to get in touch with Seven Springs to learn more about life at our home and how we might support your family during this next chapter.
