About West View Integrated Care Centre
Here at West View Integrated Care Centre in Tenterden, Kent, we provide residential care for older people, individuals living with dementia, younger adults, and those who need a short respite stay. We are proud to have received a "Good" rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the hard work our team puts in every single day to make this a place where people genuinely feel at home. We know that choosing a care home is one of the most significant decisions a family can make, and we do not take that lightly. From the moment someone walks through our door, whether for a permanent place to live or a temporary stay, we focus on getting to know them as an individual. What matters to them, what their routines look like, what brings them comfort and joy. That understanding shapes everything we do. Our dementia care sits at the heart of much of what we offer. We work hard to create an environment that feels calm, familiar and safe for people living with dementia, while also supporting their families through what can be a very uncertain time. For our younger adult residents, we think carefully about how we can meet needs that may look quite different from those of our older residents, making sure no one feels out of place or overlooked. Respite care is something we take seriously too. Whether a carer needs a break or someone is recovering and needs short term support, we aim to make that stay as settled and comfortable as possible, even if the person is only with us for a short while. Tenterden is a lovely part of Kent and we feel fortunate to be based here, close to the community we serve. We would always welcome a conversation or a visit if you would like to find out more.
