Inspectors found people received kind and compassionate care. People said they were looked after well and that staff were kind. Inspectors saw staff speaking warmly with people.

Inspectors found staff were responsive to people's needs. Staff understood people's individual communication needs.

Inspectors found that systems to oversee risks were not used consistently. The provider and registered manager responded to feedback and were committed to making improvements. CQC rated this area Requires improvement.
