Safe
Inspectors found that people received their medicines as prescribed, and that improvements had been made in how medicines were managed. Risks to people's health and welfare had been assessed, and staff had guidance to reduce them. There were enough staff, who had been recruited safely.
Well-led
Inspectors found that checks and audits had been effective in monitoring the quality of the service. Action had been taken when shortfalls were found. The provider had completed an action plan after the last inspection and was no longer in breach of regulations.

People told inspectors they were happy and felt safe living at the service. They said staff supported them in the way they preferred.
