About Acorn Luxury Care
Here at Acorn Luxury Care, we provide a warm and welcoming home for people who need support in Bournemouth, within the wider Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area. We are proud to have received a "Good" rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the genuine effort our team puts into making life here comfortable, meaningful and safe for everyone in our care. We support a wide range of needs under one roof. Our residents include older adults, people living with dementia, those managing mental health conditions, individuals with physical disabilities or visual and hearing impairments, and younger adults who require residential care. We also offer respite care for those who need a short break or a period of recovery, as well as support for people affected by alcohol or drug misuse. We take time to understand each person as an individual, because what matters to one resident may be very different to what matters to another. Dementia care is something we approach with particular thoughtfulness. We know how disorientating and unsettling life can feel for someone living with dementia, and equally how worrying it can be for their family. Our team works to create a calm, familiar environment where residents feel recognised and respected every day. We believe that moving into a care home should not mean giving up the things that make life enjoyable. Whether that is a favourite meal, time spent in the garden, or simply having a good conversation over a cup of tea, we do our best to support those everyday moments. Families are always welcome here, and we encourage people to stay involved in the lives of their loved ones. If you would like to find out more or come and have a look around, we would love to hear from you.
