About Pirton Grange Specialist Services
Pirton Grange provides specialist nursing care near Worcester for adults whose needs are too complex to be met in an ordinary residential setting. We support older people and younger adults, and registered nurses are on duty at all hours. The people we care for include those living with dementia, adults with a learning disability or autism, people with mental health conditions, people with a physical disability or with sight or hearing loss, and people whose difficulties include alcohol or drug misuse. Many arrive with a history of placements that have broken down, and our job is to offer something steadier. That means careful assessment, support planned in detail with the person and the professionals around them, and staff who are trained in the specific needs they are supporting rather than generally. It also means clinical care of a good standard, with nursing needs met here and community specialists involved when required. Alongside the clinical work, we pay attention to the ordinary business of a decent life. People have their own space, their own routines and support to keep up contact with family, to get out and to do things they enjoy. Respite can be arranged where it is appropriate. If you are looking for a specialist placement in Worcestershire, please contact us. We will assess honestly and say if we are not the right service.
