We offer a range of care options to meet different needs, including nursing care, dementia care, respite care and support for younger adults. Whether someone comes to us for a short stay to recover or recharge, or they choose to make Trowbridge Oaks their long term home, we aim to provide care that is tailored to the individual. We take time to understand each person's history, preferences and routines, because good care is built on knowing someone properly. Our approach to dementia care is something we take seriously. We understand how much a familiar, calm and supportive environment matters for people living with dementia, and we work closely with residents and their families to ensure that daily life feels as meaningful and comfortable as possible. We are pleased that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in an overall rating of good. That matters to us, not because of the rating itself, but because it reflects the genuine effort our team puts in day after day to maintain safe, effective and compassionate care.
