About Trinity Manor
Trinity Manor is a nursing home in Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire. We care for adults who need registered nursing alongside help with everyday life, including older people, people living with dementia, people with physical disabilities, people with a visual or hearing impairment and younger adults. Having nurses on duty at every hour allows us to look after people whose needs are genuinely complex: medication, skin and pressure care, continence, nutrition and the steady monitoring that catches changes early. Where someone is approaching the end of their life, it means they can stay here, comfortable and among people who know them. Dementia asks for something other than clinical skill. It asks for a familiar rhythm to the day, surroundings that are easy to make sense of, and staff who go where the person is instead of correcting them. We learn about somebody's working life, family and habits, because that is what explains them to us later. For people whose sight or hearing has failed, we adapt how we communicate rather than letting them drift out of the conversation, since withdrawal is far too easily mistaken for decline. Stratford is a pleasant place to be, and we help people get out into it where they want to go. Respite and short stays are available. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please ring to arrange a visit.
