About Sunningdale Nursing Home
Here at Sunningdale Nursing Home, we provide nursing and residential care for older people, younger adults and individuals living with physical disabilities, right in the heart of Tamworth, Staffordshire. We are proud to have received a "Good" rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the genuine effort our team puts in every single day to make sure the people in our care feel safe, valued and at home. We understand that choosing a nursing home is one of the most significant decisions a family can make, and we do not take that responsibility lightly. Whether someone is moving in with us permanently or joining us for a short respite stay, we take the time to get to know each person properly, their preferences, their routines, their history and what matters most to them. Care that does not reflect who someone actually is, is not care done properly, and that is something we feel strongly about here. Our team is experienced across a range of needs, including complex nursing care and support for those living with physical disabilities. We work closely with residents, their families and healthcare professionals to make sure care plans are thoughtful, responsive and regularly reviewed as needs change over time. Respite care is something we offer with just as much attention and warmth as our long term care. We know that for many families, a respite stay can feel daunting, and we work hard to make the transition as comfortable as possible, both for the person coming to stay with us and for their loved ones. We are a part of the Tamworth community and we genuinely care about the people who live and work alongside us. If you would like to find out more or come and have a look around, we would love to hear from you.
