Our home provides a warm, comfortable environment where residents and their families feel genuinely welcomed and supported from the moment they walk through our doors. We care for a wide range of individuals, including older adults, younger adults, and those living with dementia, physical disabilities, or visual and hearing impairments. We also offer respite care for those who need a shorter stay, whether to recover after a hospital admission or to give family carers some well earned rest. Whatever brings someone to us, we take the time to understand each person as an individual, building care around their needs, preferences, and life story. Our nursing care team works around the clock to ensure that residents with complex or changing health needs receive attentive, skilled support. We believe that high quality clinical care and a warm, homely atmosphere are not mutually exclusive, and we work hard every day to provide both. We were pleased to receive a rating of Good from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the commitment our whole team brings to the care we provide. That said, we never stand still. We are always looking at how we can improve the experience of everyone who lives and works here. Henley on Thames is a genuinely lovely place to call home, and our location means residents can enjoy the surrounding area and all it has to offer.
