About Crystal Hall
Here at Crystal Hall, we are proud to be a trusted nursing home at the heart of the Preston community in Lancashire. We provide care for a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults living with physical disabilities or mental health conditions, and those who need short term respite care. Whatever brings someone through our doors, our aim is always the same: to make sure they feel safe, comfortable and genuinely at home. We understand that choosing a nursing home is one of the most significant decisions a family can make, and we do not take that responsibility lightly. From the moment you first get in touch with us, we want you to feel heard and supported. We take time to get to know each person as an individual, understanding their history, their preferences and what matters most to them in daily life, so that the care we provide fits around them rather than the other way around. Our team brings a real breadth of experience across nursing care, mental health support and physical disability care, which means we are well placed to meet a range of complex needs under one roof. We work closely with healthcare professionals, families and the people in our care to make sure care plans are kept up to date and reflect any changes in needs over time. We are pleased that our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission resulted in an overall rating of good, which reflects the hard work our team puts in day after day. That said, we never see a good rating as a reason to stand still. We are always looking at how we can improve and do better for the people who live with us. If you would like to find out more about Crystal Hall or arrange a visit, please do get in touch. We would love to welcome you.
