Here at Time Court Residential and Nursing Home, we are proud to be a trusted part of the Greenwich community, providing high quality nursing and residential care for older people in a warm and homely environment. Our team works hard every day to make sure that each person who comes through our doors feels genuinely seen, heard and valued. Good care, in our view, is about maintaining dignity and independence wherever possible, and ensuring that people can continue to enjoy the things that bring them comfort and happiness. We are pleased that our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection rated us as Good, which we feel reflects the genuine effort and commitment that everyone in our team brings to their work each day.
