About Heffle Court
Here at Heffle Court, we are a nursing home based in Heathfield, East Sussex, and we are proud to be a place where residents feel genuinely at home. Our most recent Care Quality Commission rating is "good", which reflects the effort our whole team puts in every single day to make sure the people in our care are treated with real warmth, dignity and respect. We support a wide range of needs across our home. Older person care and nursing care sit at the heart of what we do, and our nursing staff are on hand around the clock to ensure that health needs are met promptly and thoughtfully. We also specialise in dementia care, and we understand how important it is for those living with dementia to feel safe, familiar with their surroundings, and supported by people they can trust. We take time to understand each person's history, preferences and routines, because we know that good care is deeply personal. Alongside our longer term residents, we welcome younger adults who require nursing or residential support, and we offer respite care for those who need a short stay, whether that is to recover after a hospital admission or to give a family carer some time to rest. We try to make every stay, however brief, feel considered and comfortable rather than temporary or clinical. Heathfield is a lovely part of East Sussex, and we think our setting reflects that. We aim to create an atmosphere that feels calm and welcoming from the moment someone walks through our door, whether they are a prospective resident, a family member or a visiting professional. If you would like to find out more about life at Heffle Court or to arrange a visit, we would be very happy to hear from you.
