About Brook View
Here at Brook View, we are proud to be a trusted nursing home in the heart of Ferndown, Dorset, caring for people across a range of needs and circumstances. Our most recent Care Quality Commission rating is "good", which reflects the commitment our whole team brings to the people who live with us every day. We care for older people and those with nursing needs, and we also welcome younger adults who require a higher level of support. For those who need a shorter stay, we offer respite care that gives both individuals and their families some breathing space, whether that is during a period of recovery or simply to allow family carers some time to rest. What matters most to us is that every person who comes through our doors feels genuinely at home. We take time to understand what each individual values, what their routines look like, and how we can shape their day in a way that feels right for them. Care is not one size fits all, and we do not treat it that way. Our nursing team works closely alongside carers, activities staff and visiting professionals to make sure that health and wellbeing are looked after in a joined up way. Families are always welcome here, and we believe that staying closely connected with loved ones makes a real difference to how someone settles and thrives in our care. Ferndown is a lovely part of Dorset and we think Brook View reflects the warmth of the community it sits within. If you are considering care for yourself or someone close to you, we would encourage you to get in touch or come and see us. We are always happy to have an honest conversation and help you work out whether Brook View might be the right fit.
