About Lavender Villa
Here at Lavender Villa, we provide nursing home care in the heart of Chester, within Cheshire West and Chester. We support a wide range of people, including older adults, younger adults living with physical disabilities, and individuals experiencing mental health difficulties. Dementia care is also a significant part of what we do, and we work hard to ensure that people living with dementia feel safe, understood, and respected in our home. We offer both long term care and shorter respite stays, which we know can make an enormous difference to family members and carers who need a period of rest or support during a difficult time. Whether someone is with us for a few weeks or for the longer term, we aim to provide the same level of attentive, personalised care. Our nursing team is on hand around the clock, which means residents and their families can feel confident that clinical needs are being met at all hours. We work closely with GPs, community health professionals, and other specialists to make sure each person receives the right support for their individual circumstances. We want to be straightforward with the people who are considering our home. Our most recent CQC inspection resulted in an overall rating of requires improvement, and we take that seriously. We have been working through the feedback carefully and making changes where they are needed. We believe families deserve honesty rather than reassurance that does not reflect reality, and we are committed to demonstrating genuine progress through the day to day experience of the people who live here. If you would like to find out more about Lavender Villa, or come and see the home for yourself, we would be very happy to welcome you for a visit and answer any questions you may have.
