About Belong
Here at Belong Chester, we are a nursing home based in the heart of Chester, within the borough of Cheshire West and Chester. We provide a range of care for people with a variety of needs, including older people, those living with dementia, individuals with physical disabilities and younger adults who require nursing level support. We also offer respite care for those needing a short break from their usual arrangements. We know that choosing a care home is one of the most significant decisions a family can make, and we do not take that lightly. Our team works hard to get to know each person who comes through our doors, understanding what matters to them, what their routines look like and how we can support them to live as well as possible. Care is not one size fits all, and we try to reflect that in everything we do. We want to be straightforward with you. Our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection resulted in an overall rating of requires improvement, and we are taking that seriously. We have been working closely with our team and with external partners to address the areas highlighted and to make meaningful, lasting improvements. We believe in being open about where we are on that journey rather than papering over it. Chester is a wonderful place to be based, and we are proud to be part of this community. Whether someone is joining us for a short stay or making Belong Chester their long term home, we want them to feel genuinely welcome and well looked after. If you would like to find out more or come and have a look around, please do get in touch. We are always happy to talk things through and help you make the right decision for your loved one.
