About Five Rise Nursing Home
Here at Five Rise Nursing Home in Bingley, Bradford, we provide nursing and residential care for people with a wide range of needs. Our team supports older adults, people living with dementia, those experiencing mental health difficulties, and individuals with physical disabilities. We also welcome younger adults and offer respite care for those who need a short term break or a chance to recover before returning home. We are proud to have received an Outstanding rating from the Care Quality Commission, which reflects the effort and commitment our whole team puts in day to day. It means a great deal to us, not because of the rating itself, but because it tells us that the people in our care and their families feel genuinely well looked after. That is what we are here for. Care at Five Rise is personal. We take time to get to know each person properly, to understand their history, their preferences and what makes them feel at ease. For someone living with dementia or a mental health condition, that kind of familiarity matters enormously. We adapt the way we work around the individual rather than expecting people to fit into a routine that does not suit them. Our nursing team works closely with GPs, community nurses and other health professionals to make sure that medical needs are managed well and responded to promptly. Families are always welcome, and we encourage them to stay involved in the care of their loved ones in whatever way feels right for them. Bingley is a lovely part of Bradford and we feel fortunate to be rooted in this community. If you are thinking about care for yourself or someone close to you, we would be very happy to have a conversation and show you around. Please do get in touch.
