About Cottingley Hall Care Home
Here at Cottingley Hall Care Home, we provide nursing care for older people, those living with physical disabilities, and younger adults who need more specialist support. We are based in Bingley, Bradford, and we take real pride in being part of this community. We know that choosing a care home is one of the most significant decisions a family can make, and we do not take that lightly. When someone comes to live with us, we take time to understand who they are, what matters to them, and how they like their day to look. Care that does not reflect the person receiving it is not good care, and that is something we keep front of mind every day. Our team includes registered nurses alongside care staff who work together to make sure clinical needs are met without the home ever feeling clinical. We support people with a range of nursing and physical needs, and we work closely with GPs, therapists, and other professionals to make sure everyone gets the right input at the right time. We want to be honest with you. Our most recent Care Quality Commission rating is "requires improvement", and we think it is important to say that openly rather than gloss over it. We have taken the findings seriously and have been working through a clear plan to address the areas raised. We welcome scrutiny because it helps us get better, and we are committed to showing through our actions that improvement is genuinely under way. If you would like to find out more about life at Cottingley Hall, we would encourage you to come and visit us, have a look around, and ask us anything you would like to know. We would rather you saw us for yourself than made a decision based on words alone.
