We are a home care agency based in Windsor, supporting people in their own homes across Windsor and Maidenhead. We work with older people and with younger adults, including people living with dementia, people with mental health conditions, people with physical disabilities and people with visual or hearing impairments. Our part in that is practical: visits arranged at the times that suit, help with washing and dressing, support with medication, meals, shopping and housework, assistance to move about safely, and company for someone who spends too much of the week alone. Where needs are greater we arrange more frequent calls, and where they change we review the plan rather than leaving it as it was set. Reliability and familiar faces are what people really judge an agency on. We work at both, sending the same carers to the same households wherever the rota allows, and turning up when we have said we will. Our staff are trained for the needs they are asked to meet and can reach senior colleagues when they want advice.
