About Carons Care Line
Carons Care Line provides support in people's own homes in Warminster and across Wiltshire. Our purpose is to give people enough help to carry on living where they want to live, with support that arrives when it should. We visit older people needing a hand with washing, dressing, meals and medication, and people living with dementia, where familiar carers and a settled routine matter more than almost anything else. We also support adults who have a learning disability, autistic adults, people living with mental health conditions and younger adults needing support at home. We keep teams small around each person deliberately. It spares people the strain of constantly meeting strangers, and it means our carers know somebody well enough to notice when things are changing, which often lets us raise a concern with family or a GP before it becomes a crisis. Care starts with a home visit and an unhurried conversation about what would genuinely help. We write the plan around the routine that already exists rather than imposing a new one, and we revisit it as circumstances move on. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. If you are considering support at home in Wiltshire, please ring and we will talk it through.
