We are based at Church Walk in Trowbridge, and we provide care and support in people's own homes across Wiltshire. For autistic people especially, predictability matters a great deal, so changes are explained in advance and staffing is kept steady wherever the rota allows. We work at that consistency rather than promising it lightly. A carer who knows a person well is the one who notices early when something has changed.
