About Angels Care At Home

Angels Care At Home provides support in people's own homes in Swindon and across Wiltshire. Our work is to give people enough help to carry on living in their own houses, delivered by carers they know. We visit older people needing assistance with washing, dressing, meals and medication, and people living with dementia, where familiar faces and a settled routine count for a great deal. We support people with a physical disability, including safe help with moving and transfers, and younger adults needing support to live independently. We want to be plain about where we stand.
