About Passion Home Care
Passion Home Care supports people in their own homes across Wigan and the wider Manchester area. We work with older people and younger adults, with people living with dementia, with people who have learning disabilities and autism, with people managing mental health conditions and with people who have physical disabilities. Our work happens in other people's houses, which sets the terms. The person we visit is at home and we are there by invitation. How they run their kitchen, when they like to get up, what they want help with and what they would rather do themselves are theirs to decide, and our job is to fit around that rather than the other way about. Support ranges from a single visit that makes the morning manageable to several calls a day covering personal care, medication, meals, household tasks and getting out of the house. We try hard to send the same small group of carers to the same person, because trust takes time to build and because familiar staff are the ones who notice when something has changed. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. We are happy to talk through what support might realistically look like before anything is arranged.
