HomeLink Healthcare provides care and support to people in their own homes in Westminster and the surrounding part of London. We work with older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, people with physical disabilities, and people who have sight or hearing loss. A great deal of what we do is about helping people manage at home rather than in hospital, whether that means support after a stay in hospital, help to recover confidence after an illness or a fall, or ongoing assistance with the practical business of the day. We keep the team around each person small, because being helped with personal care by somebody unfamiliar is genuinely difficult and, for anybody living with dementia, an unexpected face can unsettle a whole morning.
