About Vogue Future Living
We are Vogue Future Living, a home care agency working across Northampton and the wider West Northamptonshire area. We support adults in their own homes, with much of our work involving younger adults, people with learning disabilities, autistic people, and those living with a physical disability or a visual or hearing impairment. Supporting a younger adult at home is a different job from supporting someone in later life, and it is worth saying so. The people we work with are often building a life rather than winding one down. They have work or study or plans, friendships, things they want to do independently and things they need help with, and support that treats them as passive recipients gets in the way of all of it. So we start from what the person is trying to achieve and fit the support around that. Practically, that means the same small team going to the same person, communication adapted to how they actually communicate rather than how it is easiest for us, and support workers who understand that being in someone's home is a privilege and not an entitlement. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission and have not yet received an overall rating. We are open about that and happy to explain how we work to anyone considering us.
