We support older adults with personal care, medication, meals and the everyday tasks that have become harder over time. We support people living with dementia, where continuity is everything, so we work hard to send the same carers to the same homes rather than whoever happens to be free. We also support adults living with a physical disability, people with a visual or hearing impairment, adults managing mental health conditions, and younger adults who want support that backs their independence. Each arrangement starts with a proper conversation about what would genuinely help. We agree the plan with the person, write it down together and review it as things change, particularly after illness or a hospital stay. Our carers are checked before they begin, trained for the work they carry out and supported by senior staff who can be reached when questions come up.
