About Northampton
We provide care in people's own homes in Northampton and across West Northamptonshire. Our work is to give people enough support to carry on living in their own houses, delivered by carers they know. We visit older people needing help with washing, dressing, meals and medication, and people living with dementia, where familiar faces and a settled routine count for a great deal. We support adults who have a learning disability, autistic adults, people living with mental health conditions, people with a physical disability and people whose sight or hearing is impaired. We also support people living with eating disorders and people working through problems with alcohol or drugs. We want to be plain about where we stand. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is requires improvement. We are working through what was identified, with attention to staff supervision, record keeping and making sure visits are delivered as planned and at the agreed times. We would rather tell you that ourselves and answer your questions than have you find it elsewhere. All support starts with a home visit and a proper conversation about what is needed. Plans are reviewed regularly and changed when they are not working.
