About Mega Choice Support
We are Mega Choice Support, and we provide care and support to adults in their own homes in Northampton and the surrounding area. Choice is in our name because we think the point of good support is to widen somebody's options rather than narrow them. We help older people with personal care, medication, meals, shopping and keeping the household going. We support adults living with dementia, where continuity of care worker matters more than anything else we can offer. We also support adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people living with mental ill health, people with physical disabilities and people living with sight or hearing loss, along with younger adults who want help to run their own home and to need us less as time goes on. Everything begins with a visit and a proper conversation at home, with family or an advocate present if that is wanted. We agree what the calls are for, what must never be missed and what the person would rather manage alone, and we write it down and review it when circumstances change. Our care workers are recruited with full checks and references, trained before working alone and properly supervised.
