About ProField
ProField provides care and support to people in their own homes in Northampton and across West Northamptonshire. We take on a wide range of work, including situations that other providers sometimes find difficult to place, because everybody deserves support that is steady and dependable. We support older adults with personal care, medication, meals and the practical tasks of the week. We support people living with dementia, where familiar carers and predictable routines do most of the good. We also work with adults who have a learning disability or who are autistic, people living with a physical disability, people with a visual or hearing impairment, adults managing mental health conditions, and younger adults who want support that helps them get on with their own plans. We support people whose lives have been affected by alcohol or drug misuse too, working without judgement and without conditions designed to catch people out. Every arrangement starts with an honest conversation about what would genuinely help. The plan is agreed with the person, involves family or an advocate where that is wanted, and is reviewed as circumstances change. We aim for continuity of carers, because trust is what makes this work. Our staff are checked before they start, trained for the tasks they carry out and supported by managers who are contactable when advice is needed.
