About Homepoint Healthcare Services
We are Homepoint Healthcare, and we support adults in their own homes in Northampton and the surrounding area. Our visits range from a single short call each day through to several hours of support, arranged to fit the person's routine rather than our rota. We help older people with washing and dressing, medication, meals, shopping and the household jobs that become harder with time. We support adults living with dementia, where familiar faces arriving at predictable times do more good than anything else we can offer, so we keep the same care workers with the same households as far as the rota allows. We also support adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, where predictable routines and clear information given in good time matter enormously, and many younger adults who want help to run their own household and to need us less as their confidence grows. Everything starts with a visit and a proper conversation at home, with family or an advocate present if that is wanted. The plan is written with the person, records what matters to them, and is reviewed honestly. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please get in touch.
