We are Caredom Healthcare, a home care agency in Northampton. We support people in their own homes across West Northamptonshire, working with older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people managing a mental health condition, and people with a physical disability or a sensory impairment. Covering that range means we plan around the individual rather than fitting people into categories. A carer who knows a person also notices when they are not themselves, and that early notice is often what prevents a crisis. We work alongside families, GPs, community teams and social workers so that support at home joins up with everything else going on around a person. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good.
