About Home Instead Senior Care
Home Instead in Chertsey provides care and support in people's own homes across the town and the surrounding parts of Surrey. Our work rests on a preference nearly everybody shares: to stay at home, among familiar things, for as long as it can be made to work. Most of the people we visit are older adults. Support might be help with washing, dressing, medication and meals, or longer visits for people who need company and a closer eye kept on how they are doing. We support people living with dementia, where a familiar person who is not rushing and who knows how this individual likes things done is the most valuable thing we bring. We work with adults who have a learning disability or autism, with people living with mental health conditions, with people who have physical disabilities and with people who have a visual or hearing impairment, adapting how we assist and how we communicate in each case. We also support younger adults, whose care is built around work, study and family. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is outstanding. We are genuinely pleased about that, and equally clear that it has to be earned again every week. Please get in touch and ask us anything.
