We put a lot of effort into consistency, because sending a stranger into someone's home at eight in the morning is not care, it is an intrusion. The same small team wherever possible, realistic travel time between calls, and a phone call if something has to move. We do not yet hold an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission. We would rather state that plainly than leave you guessing, and we are happy to talk through how we work and how we check the quality of our own visits.
