About Brookland House

We are Brookland House, a home care agency working with people across Shrewsbury and the wider Shropshire area. Our work happens in the places our clients already call home, which we think matters enormously. Familiar rooms, familiar routines and familiar neighbours all help people feel steady, and our role is to add the practical and personal support that makes staying at home realistic. The people we visit have very different needs.
