About Olive Tree Services
Olive Tree supports people in their own homes in Witney and across Oxfordshire. We work with older people, adults living with dementia, autistic adults and people with a learning disability, people managing mental ill health, adults with physical disabilities, people with sight or hearing loss and younger adults. We start every arrangement by sitting down with the person and, if they want, their family, and working out what a good week would actually look like. Some people need a single call to make the morning manageable. Others need several visits a day, or support to get to work, college or the shops. We write that down, we agree it, and we change it when life changes rather than leaving a plan to drift. Continuity matters more than almost anything else in this work, so we keep our rounds local, keep teams small and tell people in advance when a familiar carer will be away. Staff train before working alone and are supervised in people's homes, not just in a classroom. We also try to be useful beyond the call itself, whether that is noticing that the fridge is empty, that a rail by the back step would help, or that someone has become quieter than usual and might need their GP.
