About Eleanor Nursing and Social Care - Office

Consistency of staff is something we take seriously rather than mention in passing, because for autistic people and for anyone whose mental health is unsettled, a familiar worker and a predictable arrangement often count for more than extra hours. Our staff are trained for the needs they are asked to meet and have senior colleagues they can reach. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission was requires improvement. We would rather tell you that ourselves than leave you to find it later. We are working through the points the inspectors raised and are willing to go through the report with anyone considering us.
