Where we get something wrong we say so, to the person and to their family, and we put it right. Support is agreed with the person themselves and reviewed as circumstances change, which in our experience they do, sometimes towards needing more help and sometimes towards needing less. We do not currently hold an overall rating from the Care Quality Commission. If you are working out what help would be useful, ring us and we will talk it through with no obligation.
