Ceeda Care supports adults at home in Oxford and the surrounding parts of Oxfordshire. Most people would rather stay where they are, among their own things and their own routines, and our job is to make that workable for as long as it sensibly can be. We support older people, including many living with dementia, alongside adults with a physical disability, people with a visual or hearing impairment and younger adults. Visits can be brief and practical or long and involved, covering personal care, help with medication, meals, laundry and housework, moving about safely, appointments and company. We agree each package with the person and whoever else is close to them, and we set out clearly what every visit is meant to achieve so nobody is left guessing. Keeping the same carers with the same households is a priority for us, particularly where someone is living with dementia and a new face can unsettle a whole day. We review support as circumstances change rather than letting a plan drift out of date, and we take it seriously when someone tells us something is not working.
