About Season Healthcare Living
We are Season Healthcare Living, and we support adults in their own homes in Bicester and across Oxfordshire. We work with people of all ages and build each package around the individual rather than offering something fixed. Our support covers older people who need help with personal care, medication, meals and shopping, and adults living with dementia, where a familiar face arriving at a predictable time achieves more than any technique. We support adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults, people living with mental ill health and people with physical disabilities. We also support adults recovering from eating disorders, working alongside the clinical teams involved in their care, and many younger adults who want help that steps back as they take on more themselves. Everything starts with a visit at home and a proper conversation, with family or an advocate present if that is wanted. The plan is written with the person, it records what matters to them and not only which tasks need doing, and it is reviewed when circumstances change. Where risk is part of the picture we discuss it openly and look for ways to support somebody safely rather than simply saying no. Our most recent overall rating from the Care Quality Commission is good. Please get in touch to talk about support at home.
