Our visits cover personal care, prompting and support with medication, meals and drinks, help with moving safely, shopping, laundry and housework, and support to get out to appointments, work or study. Arrangements are reviewed honestly as circumstances change. Our staff are trained for the needs they support and supervised in the work, and we keep teams consistent so that people are not repeatedly explaining themselves.
