We are Fosse Healthcare in Newark, and our work takes us into people's own homes across the town and the surrounding parts of Nottinghamshire. We build visits around what the person actually wants help with, whether that is personal care, medication, meals, getting out of the house, or company at a set point in the day, and we revisit the arrangement as needs change.
