About Hiba Home Care
Hiba Home Care supports people in their own homes across Newham and the surrounding parts of east London. We work with older people and younger adults, people living with dementia, people with a physical disability, and people with a visual or hearing impairment. Care that comes into a home has to fit the household rather than the other way round. Newham holds many communities, and language, food, faith and the question of who a family is comfortable letting through the door all matter a great deal. We ask at the outset, and we keep asking, because these things are rarely settled in a single conversation. Visits cover personal care, support with medication, meals and drinks, help around the house, and support to get out to appointments or into the community. Some people want us briefly each morning. Others need several calls a day, and the right amount often changes over months. Continuity is the part we protect hardest. Nobody should have to explain their own routine to a different face every week, and a familiar carer spots a change early enough for it to matter. Our most recent inspection by the Care Quality Commission rated us good overall. Please call us if you would like to talk about care at home in east London.
