Some households want one visit a week and others need four calls a day. For people living with dementia we hold to the same carers and the same times as far as the rota allows. Living in a busy part of London makes consistency harder and more important, so we keep rounds tight and local and we tell people who to expect. Language and culture often matter to whether care feels right, and we take those seriously. We have not yet been given an overall rating by the Care Quality Commission.
