At Everycare Medway and Swale, we provide home care support to people living in Rochester, Medway and the surrounding areas. Our aim is straightforward: to help people live well in their own homes, on their own terms, for as long as they choose to do so. We support a wide range of individuals, including older adults, younger adults, and people living with dementia, learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and visual or hearing impairments. We understand that no two people are alike, and we take the time to get to know each person properly before putting any support in place. Care is built around the individual, not the other way around. Our most recent Care Quality Commission inspection rated us as Good, which we are genuinely pleased about. It reflects the effort our team puts in day to day and the trust that the people we support and their families place in us. We do not take that trust lightly. Being a home care agency means we come to you. There are no unfamiliar environments to adjust to, no communal schedules to fit around. People stay in the place they know best, surrounded by their own belongings, routines and memories. For many of the people we support, that continuity makes an enormous difference to their wellbeing. We are based in Rochester and have a good understanding of the local community here in Medway and Swale. We work closely with families, GPs, social workers and other professionals to make sure the right support is in place at the right time, and we are always willing to have an honest conversation about what someone needs, even when that involves some difficult questions.
