Our work is to make staying at home a realistic option, with help arriving when it is genuinely needed and the rest of somebody's life left as they prefer it. We also work with adults who have a learning disability and autistic adults, people managing mental health conditions, and younger adults who want support that keeps them in charge of their own lives. Every arrangement begins with a conversation about how somebody likes their day to run and what they would rather handle themselves. We review support as needs change, keep families informed where that is wanted, and aim to send familiar carers so that nobody has to explain their own routine repeatedly.
